Permit Processing

This service is ideal for clients that are located out of the area, not familiar with the local codes and submittal requirements, that are seeking permit processing.   NRB Drafting Services, Inc. offers permit application and processing with local Planning/Building Department  only for an additional flat fee, depending on the jurisdiction.  All forms will be filled out properly, along with all the required sets of construction plans and supporting documents, and submitted to the  appropriate building department.  The plans will be pick-up by our company and distributed to the individual responsible for their corrections.  Once all the corrections are complete, the plans are re-submitted.  Once approved, the permit will be issued, pending final payment of permit/development fees and all remaining legal documents are provided.
