Job Site Consultation

In order to obtain a better understanding of the job site and placement of proposed building, a site visit may be required.  This service is especially important for clients that are proposing an addition or remodel to their home.  For additions, generally measurements are taken of the existing structure, building setbacks are confirmed/identified, utility connections and drainage patterns are indicated, and trees and other structures on the site are noted.  Furthermore, several pictures are taken to help obtain information that may be necessary to complete the construction drawings.
